"There are positives and negatives."
"Great company. They know they have drawbacks to being promoted to Store Manager (work/life balance forces their best managers to quit). Overall, GREAT compensation if you're willing to work hard and promote. Never made less than $55k in personal commission. As a manager of a semi-large store, I made $100-$120k annually. If you don't mind working every weekend and holiday to make that money, then this could be a good fit for you."
"Lots of hours, OK compensation, No family values, Keep looking now or you will again in 3 Months"

"Be prepared to wait up to six weeks to get offered a position after your first interview"
