Store Manager

"Great company. They know they have drawbacks to being promoted to Store Manager (work/life balance forces their best managers to quit). Overall, GREAT compensation if you're willing to work hard and promote. Never made less than $55k in personal commission. As a manager of a semi-large store, I made $100-$120k annually. If you don't mind working every weekend and holiday to make that money, then this could be a good fit for you."
