"Great company. They know they have drawbacks to being promoted to Store Manager (work/life balance forces their best managers to quit). Overall, GREAT compensation if you're willing to work hard and promote. Never made less than $55k in personal commission. As a manager of a semi-large store, I made $100-$120k annually. If you don't mind working every weekend and holiday to make that money, then this could be a good fit for you."
"Lots of hours, OK compensation, No family values, Keep looking now or you will again in 3 Months"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to wait up to six weeks to get offered a position after your first interview"
What don't you like about working at Furniture Row?
"Terrible experience, they value only their company profits and pockets. Claim to be family friendly. Will work you until you die and then throw you aside for new blood."
