"I was hired before production ever started. FreightCar was an excellent company on paper. They made great promises and fished for employees. Many people left decent jobs to come there. They failed miserably with their follow up however, and their management was poor. I left because I didn't feel it was the best place for me to be at this point in my life."

"Exposure to new work is due to fact that executives are only interested in their individual bonuses and day to day work is passed to others. I have never been at a company where the ten highest paid employees offer so little to the company."
