"Pay at time... BUT if you are making too much they will cut it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please ask detailed questions about advancement. Because there is none. Find out how and when you will be cut off from any help because reps will NOT help you. This is a CRAB IN A BUCKET type of work environment. RUN."
What don't you like about working at Freightquote?
"Too much to dislike... Basically BAD MANAGEMENT - HORRIBLE . There needs to be a major overhaul of the company's management staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Basically Quit. Revamp of management staff to further the company."

"Don't do it............. you are just an asset number to them like a chair or a desk. Expendable at best."

"Owner/President is not up to speed on software tools necessary, and not as efficient as need be where claims resolution is concerned."

"Despite being Owner/President, accept the fact some personnel may have better industry/job experience in some areas."

"The co-workers were fun and very helpfull. Nothing else good to say."

"Don't believe what the promise, that's how they get you in the door. Lots of turnover."

"Nothing but promises from Management that aren't realistic. Be prepared to sink or swim."

"They won't listen, they find away to get rid of you."
