"When I started with the company it was a great place but due to yes men being in management the company has fallen apart. If you wish to get ahead here make sure you are friends with the right people. Ignore company policies and working hard because they don't matter as much as being someone's friend."

"Please ask detailed questions about advancement. Because there is none. Find out how and when you will be cut off from any help because reps will NOT help you. This is a CRAB IN A BUCKET type of work environment. RUN."

"Too much to dislike... Basically BAD MANAGEMENT - HORRIBLE . There needs to be a major overhaul of the company's management staff."

"Basically Quit. Revamp of management staff to further the company."

"The company changed its attitude about its employees and its customers. It became a churn and burn type atmosphere for both...clients and employees"

"Get back to the basics. Care about your employees and show them you value them. And then do the same with regards to your customers."

"There were extreme growing pains while I was there...I made the decision to work elsewhere and accepted a larger salary."

"It was a growing business which brought a spirit of new horizons that could be very exciting. We often found that the competition like to compare themselves to us. That felt empowering."

"The owner revolved the executive management like a revolving door, so he ran it like a consumer call center. Expectations were never clearly set. Goals were changed every 3 months."

"Grow up. Their decision skills are not based on facts, but typically what they felt like for the day or were just power plays."
