What don't you like about working at Freeman Co.?

"There is no freedom to make decisions. When you are over-worked and under-payed it is hard to be motivated in an already stressful environment. The trade show industry is already a fast paced industry with long hours, but when you are low on staff and there is no relief in sight, it is hard to stay positive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would eliminate micromanaging and encourage my employees to make their own decisions. It's important for employees to feel confident in their abilities within their organization."
