"Freeman is a great company to work for. You just know when its time to move on."

"There is no freedom to make decisions. When you are over-worked and under-payed it is hard to be motivated in an already stressful environment. The trade show industry is already a fast paced industry with long hours, but when you are low on staff and there is no relief in sight, it is hard to stay positive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would eliminate micromanaging and encourage my employees to make their own decisions. It's important for employees to feel confident in their abilities within their organization."

"Company should go public. the current leadership has lost it's competitive edge and does not understand it's competition or the business world today."

"The people within the company all had great work ethics and allowed everyone to participate as a contributing member of the organization."

"Be prepared to spend countless hours working without time as compensation. This is good for hourly employees, but horrible for salaried individuals."

"The change in Senior Management that eluded to multiple people that had been with the company and helped to make it what it was were let go (including myself)."

"Remember how Buck and Don Freeman ran the company. They knew that the people in the branches were the key to success of the organization and were the greatest contributing factor to the success."

"Keep your head up and watch you back side.It's a good company but there are some poor managers."

"Micro manager, Laid off all new employees that where recruited with no severance package"

"Reduction of paperwork, When you hire a manager let them manage and don't manage through them as if they weren't there. More respect of employees."

"Ask to work in the shop so you are guaranteed a 40 hour work week"

"Too much nepitisim, the health benefits are based on how many hours you work, so if you don't meet the minimum requirement for hours you do not get health insurance"

"Provide health insurance to all employees no matter how many hours they are given to work in a given month"
