"Very great company to work for! Great culture, I really enjoyed working with my team, their systems were really easy and quick to take new loan applications."
"I never post anything but feel compelled to warn experienced LO's in CA considering working for this company. Upper management has no work experience in any position in mortgage lending industry. You will be micro-managed to the point that you will want to bang your head against a brick wall. The management style is pure dictatorship and they will get in the way of you doing what's needed to earn good commission. PROCESSORS - company does not hire experienced processors and loads their pipeline with 100's of loans to process which they have the power to cancel your APP without letting you know. They will ask your borrower to cancel their app or make the process so tedious that your borrowers will cancel on their own. WHY = TO LIGHTEN THEIR PIPELINE. APPLICANTS - many APPS that you will take will go nowhere. BORROWERS will look at consumer reviews which are SO BAD (not 1 good review on any website) SO THEY WILL EITHER HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL YOU or you will never hear from them again. YOUR SCHEDULE - good luck with that! You will not be able to utilize your own time management and you will not be given ample time to follow up with borrowers or potential leads sitting on the fence = you have a set schedule which will require you to take incoming calls or telemarket old leads that have been hammered for the past 8 years. The perfect candidate for a loan officer position with this company is someone with no or very little experience. This is an order taker position. Someone with no exposure to the industry will not know the difference and upper management can take advantage of that."
