More training was provided once on the floor as each team does things a little differently than what was taught in training. A great company, but the job was a short-term experience."

The main reason I am seeking other employment is because we were told that once the pandemic has passed those employees that wish to continue to work from home would be allowed to do so and those that prefer to work in the office would be welcome to return when it's safe to return. We have recently been informed that all positions that require direct customer communication are required to return to work at the office in July."

I am looking for stability, but overall Freedom Mortgage is a good company to work for. The supervisor and management team are there to help you at all time whenever you need them. I personally recommend freedom mortgage to anyone who wants to work for them, it is a good company to work for."
