"Don't waste your time with this company. It is a terrible place to work."
What don't you like about working at PSCU Financial Services?
"It's the most negative, fear driven place that I've ever worked . Everyone is horrible from HR to Team Leaders. No one there knows how to treat people. Management doesn't care about their staff at all. It's a constant revolving door of employees. It's not the place you'll retire from. They don't accept any type of feedback and they don't like people that think out of the box. It's an awful,awful place. Very depressing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have team leaders take classes on how to properly speak to employees and how to give feedback constructively. Advice them to be available to their Reps and not hide in their cubicle. I would create a more positive environment that would make the Reps feel valued ."

"Bank of America has many opportunities to work in several areas of the bank, fraud, mortgage, sales. BOA has great benefits. BoA has great pride in itself and strives for excellence."

"Show the company that you are a go getter. Show them you want to be involved in the banks goal to succeed."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"Salary offered by BoA is not sufficient."

"All my managers have been great. They really seem to want to assist their team to succeed"

"The compensation of their employees is below the market standard for most other companies with comparable positions."

"Reward your employees based on their performance, not who they know. If you see politicking, please put a stop to it. If another company is absorbed, take a hard look at their qualifications before placing them into a position."

"My boss is the best ever. I had a caseload to investigate. I was not micromanaged and I conducted my investigations in a timely manner. I'm in Ca, my boss is in Florida. He had total trust in me."

"Wachovia Bank was purchased by Wells Fargo Bank."

"Just to thank them for the opportunity to work for them."

"I liked the support that the fraud department was given by senior management."

"They no longer exist."

"There was nothing. This was the first position I had that I looked forward to going to every day."

"Management treated their employees very well. If they were still in business most of us would still be working there."

"Pay was good, enjoyed the people I worked with, they actually transferred me from underwriting to QC rather than lay me off"

"as an underwriter, too many hours"

"get a new origination engine! EDGE sucks as does AS400"
