"Such a great company to work for, particularly (I may be biased here) the Austin property. Efforts are recognized at every level. For one to be a leader, many components are considered, critical of which (of many) was a candidates emotional intelligence and their ability to be of service to customers but (as importantly) to their colleagues. Career development is taken seriously. More than half the staff had worked there (if I'm not mistaken) for over ten years. Once a guest stays at this hotel, they are Four Seasons loyal for life.
