"Such a great company to work for, particularly (I may be biased here) the Austin property. Efforts are recognized at every level. For one to be a leader, many components are considered, critical of which (of many) was a candidates emotional intelligence and their ability to be of service to customers but (as importantly) to their colleagues. Career development is taken seriously. More than half the staff had worked there (if I'm not mistaken) for over ten years. Once a guest stays at this hotel, they are Four Seasons loyal for life. It is indicative of the passion and obsession over customer service, period!"
"I was an opening Sous Chef at Four Seasons at a restaurant called Vernick Fish, specializing in high end locally sourced seafood dishes. I worked as a chef in Philadelphia for six years with a goal of opening a family restaurant. Unfortunately, in order to open the restaurant, I worked over 70 hour weeks for the duration of my time there. While I don't normally shy away from hard work, the pay was just not worth it for me and I decided to realign my priorities for my future and decided to pursue a field I had explored in college and in my first job after college. I have no ill will toward the Four Seasons and still feel very lucky to have gained the experience."
"Four Seasons is by far the best company to work for in the hospitality industry. The company provides a great working environment, above average pay, and exceptional benefits."
"Good company, tough location on a remote island."
"Excellent company to work for, great atmosphere and great people to work with."
"I have worked for the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts for over 5 years and have found that it is truly the top of the hospitality industry. Be prepared to work incredibly hard and for your supervisors to demand excellence from you. While daunting at first, you will find the pride your colleagues have in working for the company and upholding the company standards to be motivating."
"Worked here since 2010, great company"
"Great Company to work for, with great benefits and paid time off"
"As good as its people are."
"It was a great place to work and get experience."
"Great company to work for and the benefits are incredible. Very fast paced in a fun working environment. This property is incredible and strives on customer service and success. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great career in luxury hotels, resorts and residences."
"I just started working here a few months ago. Four Seasons Hotels seems like a good hotel and I like it."
"Beautiful hotel and great experience in a 5 star/5 diamond property. Unfortunately, very dated polices and procedures hinder the company from moving forward. You have the opportunity to interact with Presidents, CEO's, and celebrities, which will help develop your customer service skill set. Great experience but not the best long term destination."
"I worked with Four Season's Garden Center as a summer job in 2012. The work environment was fair, considering."
