"I liked the training and tools available to you, and the culture and diversity of the people there."

"Understand that you are interviewing for a company with very high standards, and that a lot will be expected of you! Read your contracts, if you have any."

What don't you like about working at Disneyland?

"I didn't like the long hours, sometimes having to work doubles because of staffing issues, and working graveyard shifts for special events."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The park is an environment for constant change. Continue to improve, like always."

"The hostile work environment which occurred after a new GM was Hired; management was notified but refused to address the issue."

"Listen to your employee's, they are your eyes and ears; they have more insight in regards to work environment, opportunities for growth, moreover, customer feedback."

"I like working with people and the interaction with guests. Disneyland is like a huge family. The benefits are great, and the reputation is outstanding."

"Be prepared. If you walk in, interviews are often conducted at the time you apply. Know what world-class customer service entails, and be prepared to articulate it. The entire reputation of the company is built on providing a guest experience that can't be found elsewhere."
