"I had worked for The Ford Foundation since August of 1998. My experiences during this this were excellent and quite fulfilling. The company consist of roughly ten thousand employees. With 13 branch offices worldwide. The Ford Foundation is a nonprofit organization and works for the strenghtening of Democracy and equality worldwide."

"I would probably do the same but with a more interaction with all levels."
"The Ford Foundation has a great mission. I'm surrounded by amazing people doing good things. But, the institution is very bureaucratic, making it difficult to do even the simplest of tasks due to outdated internal policies and poor technology. There is also an elitist culture that is institutionalized, making it both difficult to feel connected to the work as well as contributing to a feeling of not being valued."
