"The people I worked side-by-side with everyday were great! The atmosphere was nice. My direct boss, the GM, was great to work with. He understood my position."

"Unfavorable conditions included: people who did not understand my position and the tools I needed to be successful; the atmosphere was all about work, work, work and more work with no time for family; funds were not available."
