"Only work at the Springville facility if you want to take the training and use it to move to another company."

What don't you like about working at Flowserve Corporation?

"Upper management has serious issues when it comes to making good business decisions. There is an extreme amount of office politics and getting things done pretty much become a popularity contest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the upper management by removing heritage personnel that incourage the office politics and make ethically questionable decisions without taking accountabilty."
