"Worked here almost a decade do not recommend working at dispatch & planning. No raise in three years, retirement not same as rest of company, employees leaving or transferring, terrible working conditions in trucking company, inexperienced managers, relatives or managers friends and relatives hired and promoted only."

"Hopefully you have knowledge of electronics as there is no training for this job. You must be able to learn fast and adapt on the fly. Insurance is okay and monthly amount is extremely low compared to other companies. Hourly wage is decent. Expect lots of oncall and overtime. You will make 10% at minimum in overtime."

"I have worked for Florida East Coast Railway for some time. I find it to be very different from most jobs I have had. Training is on the job and often you are put to the job with no knowledge of the job. Short of some electrical knowledge about DC circuits nothing else will help you in the job. I have extensive telecommunications and electrical knowledge and still find this job tough to learn."
