No raise in three years, retirement not same as rest of company, employees leaving or transferring, terrible working conditions in trucking company, inexperienced managers, relatives or managers friends and relatives hired and promoted only."

Insurance is okay and monthly amount is extremely low compared to other companies. Hourly wage is decent. Expect lots of oncall and overtime. You will make 10% at minimum in overtime."

Training is on the job and often you are put to the job with no knowledge of the job. Short of some electrical knowledge about DC circuits nothing else will help you in the job.
