"The company was freshly started and we grew it to be a million dollar company in a years time. I love working with the customers and having their trust in making the product to their expectations and if they were not happy, I made every effort to correct the issue to make them happy and want to come back to our company and to refer us to other people."

"Stay positive and truthful with the knowledge to express yourself."
What don't you like about working at Floors West?
"We owned the company with another partner that did not have the experience as us and we were the ones pulling all the weight after continous talks with him."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is also having a good relationship with your employees but at the same time having the respect to have the authority for them to listen and have confidence in you."
