"My other teammates and the clients we have come to train with us. The benefits are great and I have a retirement now."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep your options open for something better. I think the company is a great company but, unfortunately, not every center has a great manangement team and that is where the trouble begins. They make a big deal about new employees but never recognize the loyal employees who have been here, taking care of the people and the business and never get recongnize for that hard work and loyalty."

What don't you like about working at FlightSafety International?

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Minimize their meetings and get out into the center to see exactly what your empolyees are doing and have and understanding about those job duties. Be in contact with clients more as well."
