"Great company with great senior management. It is a shame that they closed their Silicon Valley office. I enjoyed my team and my time there. The customers were great. I had great flexibility in how to address their needs."

Director of Research Services

"As far as PR agency life goes, FH is pretty good. But it is an agency and with it comes long hours, billable time, etc."

What do you like about working at Fleishman-Hillard?

"The variety and diversity of the clients and the work as well as the dedication, intelligence, creativity of the people. FH has some really great people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to work long hours, give up your social life and work under extreme deadline pressure with very little respect -- if you want to get ahead."

What don't you like about working at Fleishman-Hillard?

"Not very flexible in terms of balancing work/family. Not great at communicating with employees on a company-wide level -- and a lot of younger people without much business experience at reasonably high levels within the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more flexible when it comes to employees who need to balance their work/family lives. They will be even more dedicated if they feel the company supports them. Right now, these arrangements happen on a case-by-case basis, but making flexibility a company-wide policy would be a big plus."
