"I guess I would have to say it is better than being homeless. It could be a great job, but with the senior managment IT IS HOPELESS"

"Run the F away do not walk away from this company."

What don't you like about working at FleetCor?

"Senior management have developed a culture of deceipt and lies. The operate on a day to day busines that many employees and customers whould characterize as SHADY at best! Their penalites and fees that they apply to their customers is 250% higher than our competitors. Customer service is horrendous. They push their sales reps in so many different directons simultaneously and then wonder why people are burnt out or goals are not attained. They have removed all vehicle allowance funds to compensate for the wear and tear on the use of your personal vehicle. Many of their top sales reps and some first line managers have left. And senior mgmt could care less. They replace them with new people and pay them substantially less. It has become a burn and churn operation. They have so many different sales channels all competing for the same customer, essentially they have all the sales reps cannabilizing on each other. Senior mgmt does not have trust or faith in their sales reps and treat them like children as they also crank up the micro management. Senior mgrs have no creativity or unique ways of approaching problems. You simply ingnore them and push your sales reps harder. They simply apply the standard game plan that they area all taught in the universities and their corporate indcocrination."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a conscious and Heart. Profit is health, good, necessary and required. However when attained at the expense of doing what is RIGHT, your employees, and customers simply becomes Greed and cultivates an environment where dishonesty and shady business practicrs are then applied. One day in the future we may see you on TV doing the PERP Walk! Sweet Justice"

"Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. If I had to say anything it would be that we often didn't know what direction the company was headed. There was a big push to sell Fuelman and less emphasis on other products."

"The manager seemed to me to be totally unhinged. He freely used obscene language, including the f.... word in mixed company, indicating to me that he had no morals whatever and that he fostered a hostile work environment. My immediate supervisor left soon after I did."

"Too many softwares that does not work, too manual a proccess at the same time the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing."

"Proccess and procedures needs to be completed and put into place. Too many peices of softwares that does not get the job done, too may employees are doing their own thing instead of the company thing."
