"The Sales Managers at Flashbanc are really informative when you need help, and they train you for free. Also, you can work whenever you want, so you have a ton of freedom."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have past sales experience, great. They will custom tailor a program for you. But if you don't have any experience, don't worry about it. They take the time to train you. As long as you have good communicating and customer service skills, you'll be fine."
What don't you like about working at FlashBanc?
"At first I thought working with a Sales Manager that works in a different location than me would be difficult, but it's easy to keep in contact over the phone, e-mail, and online trading."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some more preset sales appointments for companies looking for credit card processing would be great."
