"The (background) people were very friendly and laid back- I formed friendships with several employees in the production end of the business."

"If you are working for the production end of the business- GREAT! You will do well and be happy there, if you are working up front - be prepared to give, give, give - in order to keep your job."

What don't you like about working at Fiserv?

"The managers and customer service representatives (which I was one) were in contrast a clique-based, gratuity-based operation whereas the quality of the work did not define the quality of the employee - very political at best."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop allowing the exchange of gifts and lunches between management and its employees, I was not able to compete with my former coworker due to my personal finances and inability to keep up."
