What do you like about working at First Quadrant?
"It was a good company. Management were nice folks with reasonable expectations. The work itself was hard, but the rewards were high."
What don't you like about working at First Quadrant?
"On occasion, management would try a new business method that the employees would have to adhere to. (We would report to different people or do it in some different way.) This was sometimes not easy, and actually got in the way of work BEING DONE. Fortunately, this did not happen very often. And management listened to the employees and were amenable to making adjustments."
