What don't you like about working at First American Title?

"The executive staff from Director on up the line have very little concern for customers and can not be trusted. They also stack the compensation package against their reps. If a group of reps start over performing, they will change their compensation program so they don't have to pay them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fix your billing system, fix your order entry system and rewrite your customer contracts to give more flexibility to the agreement which in turn will attract more clients."
