What do you like about working at Finish Line?

"There was nothing I liked about my work environment that I would have ascribed to Finish Line as a corporation or corporate entity. I liked the people I worked with and under...well, worked under for a time at least. Finish Line was a shell/environment where those people worked and worked to do a good job for the sake of doing so as well as the responsibility to the employer."

What don't you like about working at Finish Line?

"Control/Management of management changes, both personel and policy, seemed to suffer from a gross lack of over-sight resulting in a lack of clarity about goals and, more importantly, responsibilities which ultimately leads to inefficency."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make the decision whether or not you want to have a big business or a small business, e.g. a business run by policy or a business run by thought, figure out how to implement the choice and then stick w/that choice."
