"Filtertech has a high turnover rate for their controls engineers/electrical engineers. Pay is very low, and upper management is completely out of touch with employee base. They have the "Get it done" mentality without considering all the work and effort to complete projects. Several projects shipped prior to receiving the equipment on the BOM. Be careful when considering this company."
