Submit a Review"Users do not like this product. Poor training for field support, and technical problems are kept secret from reps needing the information. Hours of work are way too long, 80-118 when out in the field. They violate many state laws."

"The desert climate is not always suitable for someone like me, who grew up in the New England area."

"I liked the variety. No two sites were the same. Every day was challenging and rewarding."

"Be honest. Have good eye contact and high energy, with a willingness to work."

"I disliked driving from site to site because of gas mileage and wear and tear on my car."

"Ask for evaluations on every job site every couple of months, and get it in writing."

"They neglected to train you adequately before sending you to work for a strange company on your own."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat the employees more equally and fairly. Better training is needed and the supervisor needs to take a more active role with all employees, not just a few."
