"I loved dealing with customers. I was given the opportunity to go out, find new customers, and entice them to switch from their current material handling company. I enjoyed the team that I managed. We had a good rapport both at and away from work. I did not like about being a field service manager was not being able to always depend on peers and supervisors to help out and often took the blame for their lack of follow through."
"I love the challenges of every problem set in front of me. Being the hero for a customer is very fulfilling and makes you realize why you do what you do. There are times that the stresses can become overwhelming, but if you can take some of the letdowns, then you really won't hate any part of the job."

"If you make a mistake and the Area V.P. finds out about it and doesn't agree with your answer to why it happened he will make life hell and will hold a grudge"
