"I love the challenges of every problem set in front of me. Being the hero for a customer is very fulfilling and makes you realize why you do what you do. There are times that the stresses can become overwhelming, but if you can take some of the letdowns, then you really won't hate any part of the job."

  • "I worked for Baker Hughes for 39+ years before being laid off. I helped train numerous field hands to run jobs on their own. I provided my services to them 24 hours a day to help them with problems that they were having on the well site. I would help our engineers build procedures that were specific to our customers needs. I would help trouble shoot jobs. I would have pre- job meetings and post job meetings with Field Hands. I would over see their training and help them train on new assignments."
