"The management at Fiberlay was utterly incompetent and morally bankrupt. It was shocking to discover that individuals who threatened physical violence, hurled derogatory slurs, and made inappropriate sexual comments were allowed to hold positions of authority. Instead of fostering a safe and respectful workplace, these individuals created an atmosphere of fear and hostility. No employee should ever have to endure such reprehensible behavior, yet it was a daily occurrence at Fiberlay. Furthermore, the lack of proper equipment provided to employees was not only frustrating but also dangerous. It was abundantly clear that the company prioritized cutting costs over ensuring the safety and efficiency of its workers. Without the necessary tools and resources, we were expected to perform our jobs under hazardous conditions, putting both ourselves and the quality of the products at risk. In addition to the appalling behavior of management and the inadequate equipment, the quality testing procedures at Fiberlay were shockingly negligent. It was evident that corners were consistently cut in an attempt to meet deadlines, resulting in products that were subpar to consumers. This disregard for quality control not only reflected poorly on the company but also affected customer's business Moreover, the workplace was constantly plagued by drama and conflict between members of the management team. Instead of focusing on improving operations and fostering a positive work environment, managers were embroiled in petty disputes and power struggles, further contributing to the toxic atmosphere. It wasn't worth the pay for how I was treated."
