"They couldn't careless about you. You are just another replaceable cog to them. Little work life balance, inadequate compensation."

"Care about your employees a little bit. Treat them well and show them they are appreciated and they will work harder for you."

"You WILL work Saturdays, and if you're lucky can work full days on Saturday's at showroom locations. Work 50+ hours per week for a 40 hour per week pay"

"Make sure there is plenty of work for all associates, do not use new associates as a tool to punish existing associates, allow an associate to grow in knowledge and skills."

"Long Hours, long commutes, constantly changing, no guarantee you will be out of the warehouse in 5 weeks, It took me 5 months to get out of the warehouse"

"I think believe they were about to close the doors. Their statement to me over the phone when it was announced that I was being let go was they were out of money."

"Being able to fit in makes a difference here. Try to socialize and get along in the interview process and training. Once hired demand employer expectations for for performance, a timeline for upward movement, and make sure your work gets exposure and is recognized."
