What do you like about working at Ferguson Enterprises?

"They treated everyone fairly, included all branches in meetings and training on products and customer service"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"detail oriented, perpare yourself to sitting and working on computer for over 8 hours a day, being friendly is very important to Ferguson."

What don't you like about working at Ferguson Enterprises?

"There probalby wasnt anything that I really disliked except for the monthly webcasts on customer service. I feel that it would have been better to have that on a one on one basis or group training, a lot of people just cheated on that"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to keep more experienced person working instead of hiring college students and letting the more experienced persons go ( laid off)"
