"It feels like there is a lot of preference with the people the decide to call to work. I think there shouldn't be all these regions and have only one, we all work for the same agency with the same purpose which is to provide assistance and help applicants."

"The only suggestion would to have the personnal well trained, qualified, willing to work. I have seen people that only want to work a month and the people that want to work don't get called out."

"The politics are incredibly counterproductive and dangerous. Lots of management officials in jobs they are unqualified for. Scary!!!"

"Hire a basic staff and give several different duties. So they may be able to have a full timeposition with them."
