"Give me a minute, maybe I'll think of something."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to work 60 hours and 6 days/weekly. If you can't answer with a yes, the interview is a waste."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"They will pay you, except when it's time for raises. Everything is off the numbers. I had the best numbers in the region, and for an E (anything larger is a hub) size building, but that isn't good enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Become a people person. Get to know your customer, as well as employees. Your people are who get things done."

"Nothing. Honestly, nothing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Lie. They believe whatever you say. Say it with passion so it's believable, but if you lie, you'll be fine."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Everything. The hours are horrible, demands on work, the awful 'masculine' society it breeds by the ghetto ass people they hire. Workers don't show up because the work sucks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be able to change shifts. Work in shifts so people have a chance to have a life outside of FedEx."

"I liked this company because it gave me the opportunity to share my knowledge of the small package transportation business. They allowed me to try new procedures to get the job done quicker and more efficient."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Tips, just be honest and straight forward. If you don't understand something, just ask."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"The only thing that I didn't like was the building I was working in was very old. The system would break down at least once a week and it would take a few hours to repair. We would lose production like that and then we would play catch up."

"I had a really great management team, just keep doing what you do best."

"My understanding is that it has supposedly gotten better. Always double check what is needed everyday."

"That if you weren't part of the right crowd you didn't get promoted and if you were successful in your position with what you had they would never give you more help. you were consistently over worked and underpaid."

"Keep the people that are successful and listen to the suggestions made by those in the field and on the dock."
