"Play it safe, a great place to work but it needs some work."

"Very disorganized, one printer for all the drivers, no wonder they all get late starts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get organized."

"A few years too late."

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"I like the other drivers I worked with along with the belt managers. I did not think upper management thought ahead to select drivers for a route. They would not give you advance notice after the holiday that you must drive for someone or else!"

"This is a positive company that you can go far with if your driving ability fits their standards. Demonstrate your ability in communicating with your customers to keep the purple promise."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"I did not like the implication of not being able to spend time with your family. In any job, your family is the most important thing in your daily life, and not being able to spend time with them, was not pleasing to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with the drivers in a positive manner. There is not enough of this coming from the top. The belt managers will let you know how you are doing, but the upper management will not unless there is something very wrong."

"It's a big company, therefore they have room for growth if you have skills."

"They should ask if the company has room for advancing."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Hard labor and no raise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should hire drivers than contracting."

"Work until you finish... whenever that may be."

"You can eat what you want and never gain weight!!!"

"You can't plan or schedule anything, and summer is brutal."
