"Working for FedEx has made me very proud to represent a company so respectable."

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"I like all of the different services FedEx offers. They have so many different resources and programs to help anybody create anything they need for their business and pleasure. Their processes and methods are very effective and successful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My tip for an interview would be to research the company thoroughly. FedEx offers a plethera of services, and in order to be successful in the company, you need to have a general knowledge of them, especially with computers. Customer service is also a must."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"It's almost a downside that FedEx is so great. It was hard to move up in the company because they treat their employees so well that whoever is in a higher position stays there, making it so there was no open position to advance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Immediate management always does a great job. My suggestions for the corporate level would just be to throw in higher wages for the bottom people that make all of the money."
