Senior Software Engineer

"Kind."

What do you like about working at Federal APD?

"Co Workers"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My experiences with all of my previous employers has been professional. My superiors were very professional in most cases and I demanded professionalism from my subordinates. In all roles I would liked to have had less constraint slowing my unifying hardware and software infrastructures. I was never a part of the utopian business model envisioned by sales vice presidents. I was never a supporter of those who advocated radical changes for pretty sales buzz words and colorful claims in the brochure. Information Technology needed to be utilitarian first and then perhaps a new cloak for the emperor. Painting a shovel gold doesn't make it a backhoe"

What don't you like about working at Federal APD?

"Inept Foreign Nationals as staff"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start projects of size that are potentially within your ability to manage and provision. Third party engineers may be capable but are not dedicated to your success but to their own earning potential. Business managers do not a good Software System Engineer make."

Assistant Technician

"Great place to work."
