"McAfee has a good product line and modern building. The benefit package was excellent and the salary was good."

"No tips really, it is a typical software company driven by sales."
What don't you like about working at McAfee?
"The management was scattered between two states and policy was determined by people out of touch with the needs of the facility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not outsource support of the data center. Outsourced labor is profit driven and the support received is minimal."

What do you like about working at Concord Hospital?
"Mostly the people. The feel of accomplishment when the project has been completed alnd all involoved are happy with the outcome and the process of getting to the completion. Al levels of management are involved."

"They pay will never be what the jopb required outside the institution. I've been here a long time and I need a freash new place of employment"

"Don't forget that employees are people that have many obsticles in life"

"Too much work to do, not enough resources. Expectations are high almost unrealistic.Danger of being laid off without remorse."

"Take a skills inventory of your staff and use their strengths to improve the hospital. Listen to those who perform the work."
