What do you like about working at Oldcastle ?
"Nothing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Use words like productive and timely. Seems to make them all warm inside."
What don't you like about working at Oldcastle ?
"Same old, same old. If you enjoy the 1940's business model, where you are expected to be at your desk for 9 hours a day, or risk being reprimanded for not being productive, then this is your job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get with the program. It's 2009, and they are dinosaurs. Productivity has so little to do with the hours worked, and more to do with how much work you put into the hours. If I could consistently get 8 hours worth of work done in 3, why would I not be compensated for the work done"
