"Most other aspects. The hours were long and hard. Working nights, weekends, and holidays is difficult. The people that work there are very negative."

"The people you work with are great people. The management teams are always knowledgeable and helpful. Good team atmosphere."

"Good experience for a couple of years. Expect to work 60+ hours per week as an ETL. Not the best place to have a long term career."

"There is no recognition or concern for the individual by the company. You are basicly your employee number and no more. I never saw the opportunity to have real growth within the company."

"Store management was the absolute worst in my 25 year career in retail! Extremely long hours, no recognition, no leadership, and lies, lies, lies from the top. Don't be duped into a career at Target! Run as fast as you can away from any offer from them!"

"Get rid of poor store management!"
