"The entire beaurocratic management style, with an extreme emphasis on hierarchies. The practice is antiquated and does nothing for employee retention or satisfaction."

"Open dialogue. Even playing field when it comes to communication, participation, etc."

"Company was very solid and I learned a lot, working for the Corporate Secretary. Gained strong experience as an Executive Assistant, as I worked closely with the Executive Office and the Board Members."

"Company does not exist in Beverly Hills, any longer. Would have highly recommended Litton Industries as a wonderful employer."

"Make sure that you take very detailed messages for both supervisors and make sure to process payroll correctly and efficiently."

"It was difficult since Concord Camera has dissolved as of June 30, 2009."
What do you like about working at Concord Camera?
"I loved working for the Chief Executive Officer and his Executive Assistant and performing the tasks I did. It was very busy with a lot of interaction with all different people."
What don't you like about working at Concord Camera?
"They did not match anything towards the 401K and paid very little of the health care costs."

"Bell Canada was a great experience."
What do you like about working at Bell Canada?
"There was a cooperative feeling within the company -- similar to what I experienced at Teletype Corporation. Both organizations were owned (to some degree) by AT&T. I always felt that the organization was sensitive to its employees' needs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unfortunately, my experience at Bell Canada was many years ago. I am not familiar with the current culture, and don't feel I could give appropriate recommendations."
What don't you like about working at Bell Canada?
"I found it an excellent place to work."
