"The challenge and it was a busy job. Able to work independently much of the time (not micro managed)."

"This was at Sutter-Yuba Mental Health, other county jobs at Sutter are great, just this one was not a good experience. Ask plenty of questions."

"My supervisor was not amenable to work with and gave poor/incorrect direction at times.."

"My superivisor's manager did not handle the situation as he should have."

"The payscale is not really up to market. Very difficult to get promoted as a Secretary."

"If you want to cut cost, you should retrench senior management and not junior staff."

"Fast paced and technical. As sec. to the Pres., I learned about all the departments, not just sales"

"Company was recently purchased by Kaman Bearings, so it is no longer a small company"

"The area it was located. It was a dark dingy old building"

"Watch your less achieving employees and reprimand as you deem necessary"

"I actually love their overall vision and mission statement which sets their goals."

"SDC is a non-profit organization which means you'll get probably get paid less than a larger organization. If you have a passion for doing what's right, SDC is a good employer to start."

"I wished it could be more parent involvement and clearer objectives."

"If there was a way to improve the number of participating members in the community, I'd be all for it."
