Executive Consultant at Regional Consulting

What do you like about working at Regional Consulting?

"I loved the comrodary within the office and feeling like there's a family support. Also enjoyed friendly inoffice competitions and rewards programs in which we did company outings and team building events as well as paid time off. Another benefit was being a part of a beginner company in which had a strong voice for processes and rules as well as ideas regarding growing the company and sharing the success."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to blow up the phone lines, and dialing into operating rooms and environments which your requests are not only a nuissance but possibly a life or job hazard, getting silly sarcastic or just plain rude responses then to only hang up to share a good crack with rest of the office on most unexpected retorts or abounding information and big scores landed or even better jobs booked and the payoff coming your way and all the shopping yall are going to hit up. It's a great team of great people working to do a great thing."

What don't you like about working at Regional Consulting?

"Hated strictly making phone calls all day, never leaving a cubical, and not once have a meeting beyond the phone with any of my doctors and lacking that personal relationship one builds by having a physical presence. It also become stagnated regarding time in office since I always completed full duties less than time put into a full day. I work very smart and just out worked the marketing team thus leaving me with reasonably no duties to expand production and even began taking on marketing duties which paid out not to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure employees full use of time is worthwhile if detained at the work place and also invest in employees tasks and business tools and resources to help facilitate success from hunting for leads. Also if pay is on a commission structure have a clear set trackable method of who owns what accounts, resources or territories in generating personal business."
