"Having held various administrative jobs in the past, it was always difficult for me to believe that it would ever be something I could make a career out of. Working at Vanderbloemen Search Group has been challenging and inspiring in ways I never thought possible. Not only have I improved in my skills and everyday work, I have also grown as a person through my friendships and working relationships with colleagues. The job can be stressful and unpredictable at times, but after a particularly stressful week (and sometimes for no reason), my employer will send me a nice email describing how he is thankful for the work that I do. Feeling that my role holds actual value and that I am irreplaceable make all the difference."
