"Suggestions I would have for management would be to create succession plans for employees. Allow employees to provide feedback and participate in creative development."

"Interaction with people in general. Having the personal gratification knowing that I changed a student's life, and in doing so setting them up for success in their future."

"That I was recently laid off. But now I have the necessary experience that I need to be successful with the next school I work for."

"The only suggestion that I would have is for everyone to remain consistent with day to day responsibilities."

"I would prefer working more hours. This is a part time position."

"Little advancement, little training, and little professional development. Pay always stays the same."

"Be less conservative, be able to try other methodologies, pedagogy."

"I've worked at CCI since 2006 and overall is a good company to work for. Like any other company sometimes changes can be good and bad. When the old CEO left the company in 2009 I was not sure what direction the company was heading. I was lucky to get away from 3 layoffs within 3 years. Unfortunately my luck ended in 2014 when I got laid off ."

What do you like about working at Everest College?

"I like the unity in getting the work done. Since this was a new experience for me, I also like the fact that they made me feel like a part of a family."

"Be open, honest and show enthusiasm for the job you are applying for."

"Our corporate headquarters is in CA; therefore, issues are not readily communicated."

"Walk the talk! Enhance communication between segments. Be honest and upfront with all employees."
