When the old CEO left the company in 2009 I was not sure what direction the company was heading. I was lucky to get away from 3 layoffs within 3 years. At Everest, if you don't hit your goal, you get to have a call with everyone in the region and explain yourself to the VP.I noticed that the possibility of someone losing their job, rather than a commission, will make them do whatever it takes to keep it, even if that means cheat and lie."

"Interaction with people in general. Having the personal gratification knowing that I changed a student's life, and in doing so setting them up for success in their future."

"That I was recently laid off. But now I have the necessary experience that I need to be successful with the next school I work for."

"The only suggestion that I would have is for everyone to remain consistent with day to day responsibilities."

"I don not like the lack of training and succession planning for leaders."

"Suggestions I would have for management would be to create succession plans for employees. Allow employees to provide feedback and participate in creative development."

"Well, I believe they are in the process of filing for bankruptcy, so I would not recommend that at this time."

"None for the management, but I feel the administration has a lot of work to do to improve the integrity of the institution."

"Little advancement, little training, and little professional development. Pay always stays the same."

"Be less conservative, be able to try other methodologies, pedagogy."

"The one thing I don't like about the company I work for is working a split shift."
