"Appreciation for your staff, they are the ones that make the company grow and run."
"It is alright, but do not pay enough, nor do they give recognize people who do really well in the company, and it is hard to move up in advancement."

"In my special case I was able to get quite a lot of experience doing the job assigned to my supervisor. I enjoyed seeing the inner-workings of the college campus."

"Take it by the horns and run with it! I know it's temporary but it's a wonderful opportunity that you need take full advantage of. It's a learning experience, so learn! Don't act like you know everything because that's a sure sign that you don't. Don't mess this one up."

"It's temporary. I wanted to be hired by the school to do the job I was already excelling at; however, I was hired as a Work Study to be dismissed when my schooling was over."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that everyone there needed to relax a bit. They all seemed so uptight. I know there is a lot of stress but they took it overboard. You do a much better job when you are comfortable where you are. The management all around the school was too uptight and worried about things that were so minute and unimportant in the grand scheme of things."
