"I used to like the pride people showed in their work plus the work/life balance that was offered."

"Live in India. There are no openings for US based staff and the staff that are present are in danger."

What don't you like about working at Ernst & Young?

"The senior management has no vision for the future of the Global IT Services area that actually includes skilled employees. The company is opting to send it's IT overseas for cost savings meanwhile losing it's experienced talent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think about the experience that you are throwing away! What ever happened to People First"
